I've been hesitant to reach out to a carpet cleaning service the last few years, because a lot of them seemed inconsistent and overpriced. But, when one of my dogs soiled an expensive area rug, I decided to try Steam Master. I liked that I could drop the rug off to them, and meet who is running the business. I was so impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and pricing, that I had them come out and clean the wool runner on my stairs which came out great as well. Since I had finally found a company, I trusted, I sent a white chair and matching ottoman, both embarrassly dirty, to their shop. They picked up free of charge, took it away and brought it back looking basically brand new four days later! I thought the pricing was really fair, which is rare these days. After 25 years of living in Newport Beach, I can finally say that I have found a carpet/upholstery cleaning service that I trust!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Not only do they have amazing customer service, but their work is very professional. My two rugs looked brand new after they cleaned them. They got all the stains out from my dog and kids, which I didn't even think was possible. I also love supporting a family owned business, especially when they've been doing it for years. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to making carpet, rugs, and upholstery look brand new again.

Steamaster of Orange County on Santa Ana Ave in Costa Mesa is a reputable, well-established family run carpet cleaning business that has served our area for many years. I am soooo happy with the results of my large shag area rug cleaning!!

BEWARE to not confuse this family run business with Steamasters ( note the "s")!! I accidentally called the mobile van service thinking it was Steamaster. I had a very unfortunate experience with the mobile van service as they had no office, inexperienced cleaners and the company does not stand behind their work. After over-charging me, carpets under serviced ( pet odors were not removed as I had requested) and No phone call returned.

Save yourself frustration and make sure you use the original Steamaster of Orange County in Costa Mesa. They are beyond wonderful!! Patricia B.

Extremely satisfied customer. This is THE best carpet cleaners. My 3 year old doodle is PO'd I returned to work and unfortunately my teenagers "forget" to take the dog out and/or fail to see him snooping for goodies in the trash. Anyway, diarrhea, vomit and my bedroom carpet used as a pee pad. Alex and his crew came out and took the carpets and cleaned and dried them at their warehouse. Price reasonable and I can tell they cleaned the rugs several times and let them dry out in between! Greg owns a class act business

These folks came out in a last minute call after a tenant moved out and left stains all over the carpets. With limited time, they came out the next day and got the carpets back into like new condition! Nicest customer service, reasonable price and great result! Highly recommend!

Love this company!! Recently had my downstairs carpets cleaned. I have used Steam Master Carpet Cleaners for well over 15 years. The initial phone conversation is pleasant and helpful. They are always accommodating with scheduling a convenient time and their men are professional, arrive on time with a smile ready to work. I wouldn't trust my carpets to any other company.

I have been using Steam Master Carpet Cleaners since the 1990's and would highly recommend their services as they do a very complete and thorough job every time. I continually drop off carpets and area rugs to be cleaned and have had them come to my home to remove, take back to the shop and clean very large area rugs that are in very compromising places in my home. Best in OC, will continue to use for another 30 years.

They called before arrival. Were on time! Did an amazing job explaining the process. The job was phenomenal! They cleaned 2 large rooms and an area rug to perfection! Dried it using a high powered fan. Were kind and a pleasure to have in the house! Definitely recommend and will use them again! You get what you pay for!

Steam Masters cleaned 2 of my white wool rugs & restored them to their original look & color. They look brand new! I would highly recommend this business. They are friendly, professional, & did an amazing job cleaning my rugs.

I used Steam Master carpet cleaning today for the first time and I am in awe. In fact, I am so impressed with their work, I deleted other reviews for carpet cleaners in my area. They sent Noy to do the cleaning, and maybe I just got the luck of the draw, but what a wonderful job this guy did. I thought my carpet was done for, but it literally looks like it was just installed new.

My wife couldn't believe it either. She was full ready to replace it altogether. Now it looks like we could get a few more years of life out of it.

I now plan on having them out every 6 months and hope they can maintain the excellent work they do. So many times the business relationship starts off great, and then a business slacks off. Hope this is not the case, but I will keep you updated.

For now, I can tell you that their work is way, WAY above the average carpet cleaning companies out there who are only interested in wetting down your carpet, grabbing the check and hauling ass. Not this company, the cleaning they do is for real.

Today, they just made a 100% repeat client.

What's better than a company that is good at what they do? One that is filled with people who are pleasant and greet you with a smile. Steam Masters rescued a rug of mine that had some tar stuck on it (prob from the oil spill last year) that was in desperate need of care. They managed to get almost all of it out and sanitized the rug. It looks almost as good as new! This is where I'll be bringing all of my area rugs in the future.

Left a review 4+ years, have used them since and it's still a great experience. Everyone is nice and friendly, arrive on time, and most importantly, the quality is still high. I like them since they actually move the furniture and clean ALL the carpet versus others that just clean around things.

Yesterday my 12 year old Labrador got sick all over my living room carpet. I immediately called my carpet cleaners, Steam Master and they had Moises come out that afternoon. Got my white rug that had a few spots of pet urine incredibly clean and smelling like new!

I have had Steam Master clean my carpet and upholstery for years. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and go above and beyond. I recently took my car in for the interior to be cleaned. All of the stains were gone, it smelled fresh and they wiped down the dash and some other hard surfaces also which was totally unexpected. I was ready to get back on the road in my clean car within a short visit! The Steam Master Team is Amazing!

Wow, I was so surprised with how fast they were able to come pick up our large area rug and cushions. They had everything back the very next day looking brand new! Called these guys to clean my master bedroom carpet as my aging and sick fur babies had made a mess of it. They were able to come out within a few days and managed to make the carpet look (and smell) brand new! Great service, reasonable price and amazing results! Good guys, solid company, excellent service. Came and picked up a few rugs, one was stuck under a heavy bead frame. Called for backup, backup arrived in 15 minutes, got the job done. I'd say they're probably the best, most efficient, best priced carpet cleaner in NPB / Costa Mesa. They'll handle everything with ease and professionalism.

I have been using this great family owned business for over 2 decades. They are not one of those $99.00 whole house carpet cleaning companies. They spend time to clean your carpets and do an excellent job.

I called them in a pinch after a bad encounter with another carpet cleaner. They had no availability, and I explained I had already moved all my furniture out. The GM, Greg, said he would make some calls and 15 minutes later he called to say he was sending someone!

I am super happy with this company! I run a doggy daycare out of my home so you can imagine how bad my carpets can get. Even though they are only in the bedrooms my chihuahuas have done a lot of damage. I used a super low budget company last year and the stains were never completely out and they did not do the enzyme treatment and I was super unhappy with the service I received. Steam Master spent 2 and a half hours cleaning two rooms and they look and smell brand new! I will definetly be using them again!

This is my one and only go to place of business for carpet cleaning (antique area rugs)!!! Other places charge heinously high priced amounts and Greg (the owner... yes honest to goodness real owner) takes pride and makes sure I am 100% satisfied (with beyond competitive pricing)... My family has been going to this Steam Master for generations... I recommend this business whole heartily. I happen to read some of the past reviews... I realized these reviewers were talking about some other 'black sheep' Steam Masters... what a major bummer for this owner (Greg and family) who give their all and makes every customer that walks through their doors feel cared for, appreciated and (most importantly)... does a phenomenal job with cleaning!!!! I began needing 4 chairs and an ottoman cleaned, but once I saw how great the chairs looked I had him clean our sofa and pillows, then decided to possess him clean our Costa Mesa area carpet.

THANK YOU STEEM MASTER! I thought the light grey carpet in my home office was ruined.. It had automotive grease, an old coffee stain and who knows what else on it.... Your service man told me he could use a specialized machine and do a "Restoration cleaning" It now looks like bran new carpet.... Thank you... i'm amazed.

We have this nice 6x9 area rug in our apartment that I loved when we purchased it. My husband wanted to treat it from spots and our little dog but afterwards it was gray looking. I was so disappointed but lived with it.

I went over to a friends house and his area rugs looked so nice. He said he only goes to Steam Master in Costa Mesa. They came out on a Wednesday and returned my rug Friday afternoon. Steam Master cleaned my oriental rug it looks fantastic! It smells nice and fresh, the fringe is white again, and all of the colors look brighter. They had it done in a couple of days, and I could not be more pleased. All around great company...I will be back!

I've used Steam Master on multiple homes now and loved everything that they have done! Completely transformed my older looking carpet and rugs! Sealed and treated newer fabrics, sofas, and rugs to protect them from stains! Highly recommend them. They are all such great and friendly people to work with too!

Great service. A team of 4 guys came to remove my sea grass rug and brought it back also. It was heavy. They were careful about moving the furniture. And they are only company I know that will clean pet stains out of a sea grass rug. Although not cheap.

I am so pleased with my new clean carpet. My dog had been tracking an odor in the apartment so we got it cleaned and now it looks brand new and smells brand new! I live on the third floor and although he had to bring an extra worker and it took almost 30 minutes to find the water source it was still only 125! He even told me that he could do my room for no extra cost. They were efficient and friendly and hardworking! 5 stars!

Very friendly and professional. They were able to fit me in in the last minute right before Christmas. They cleaned 2 bedrooms, a living room, a hallway, and my home office carpet for only $200. And They did a stellar job. Wow! I'm truly impressed.

I saw the recommendations for Steam Master Carpet Cleaners on our local Nextdoor community site. I'm so grateful people were so supportive of our local carpet and upholstery company. Please don't get this particular place confused with Steam Master Carpet Orange County. That company has really poor customer service and is only a 1 star. Greg is the owner of Steam Master and was easy to deal with from my first phone call. I had to switch cleaning dates several times and Greg was thoughtful and patient. I had originally just wanted to get my white linen Restoration Hardware couch cleaned. I've had it 5 years and haven't had it cleaned. It was shocking to see the before and after. It came back and looked like a brand new couch. I was so happy as they were delivering the couch back I had them take my two Restoration Hardware white linen chairs with them to clean. Those, too, came back in pristine condition.

I talked to my husband and we agreed they were the only choice for having our carpets cleaned. Brian and Alex just finished cleaning our carpets and they look like they did the day they got put in couple years ago. The children area rug that was stained in several places was completely stain free and bright again! I could not be more grateful to Greg, Brian and Alex. Thanks so much. Do yourself a favor and call them. I have used several different companies for cleaning and not one of them compares. I will only use Steam Masters Carpet Cleaners from now on!
